Executive Assistant needed to support the President of a Denver non-profit.

Some travel arrangements, heavy calendaring, correspondence, etc. Will interface with the board of directors - need to be able to communicate clearly. Experience with grant-writing is very helpful. Mid-size company looking for an Executive Assistant on the North side of Denver.

Support the owner and one other executive. Must have a high level of confidentiality. Work with calendaring, travel arrangements, maybe some HR responsibilities. Need to be mature, serious about coming to work to get the job done. Want more of a leader than a follower. Discretion is imperative. Intermediate to Advanced skills of MS Office required. Hours 8-4:30.

Staff Accountant

 

We are recruiting for a fantastic Staff Accountant with 2 years of experience for a growing and dynamic public company in the DTC.  This person would be primarily responsible for the General Ledger, Reconciliations and Accounts Payable, but will take on more responsibility as company expands.  You must have a four year degree, strong General Ledger and reconciliation experience, a good understanding of GAAP, and the desire and flexibility to learn new things and grow with a company.  Accounts payable knowledge is preferable, but not required. This is a new position and moving quickly so if you are looking for a friendly company with a solid history and bright future.  Salary $45 - $55k.

 

Contracts and Compliance Assistant

Good project management skills. Great follow through, excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize. Superior communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written. Interfaces with Legal, creative and other departments as needed. Provides admin asst. functions: answering telephones, scheduling appts, advanced calendar mgmt skills. Manages multiple assignments under tight and changing deadlines. Internet research savvy. Professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast paced environment - prioritize, pay close attention to details and excellent organizational skills. Intermediate skills in Word, Access, Project, Excel and e-mail Able to grasp complex tasks and carry out directions independently. Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects. Legal terminology a huge plus. Flexible to work overtime with little advanced notice. 2-3 years admin asst experience. Ability to work math concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

FT - Paralegal (TTH or Direct)

Family Law, Downtown "boutique" Law Firm. Great environment with lots of team work and support. Must have 2-3 years experience with domestic/family law. MS Office skills, Leixs-Nexis/Courtlink a must. $30-$50k depending on experience.

Executive Assistant (TTH or Direct)

Must have experience managing calendars and travel arrangements, international a plus. Exceptional verbal & written skills with a highly professional demeanor. Supports CEO, President & Board of Trustees. Assist with development responsibilities. 2 years experience of executive support required. Excellent written & oral communication skills needed.
